Refund and Returns Policy

Every piece at Aarti Boutique is crafted with love, precision, and care.
Since most of our garments are handmade or custom-designed, we follow a limited return policy to maintain quality and authenticity.


2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure products.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at returns@artihavelikar.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID, product name, and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product back to us.
  • If the return is approved for a defective or wrong item, we’ll cover or reimburse standard return shipping costs.

6. Refunds or Store Credit

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement product, depending on your preference.
  • Direct refunds to your original payment method are available only in special cases (e.g., cancellation before dispatch).

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing us at support@artihavelikar.com.
  • Once processing or tailoring begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please send us photos or videos of the package and product within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Our team will review and offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

9. International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, except for items received damaged or incorrect.
  • Customs duties or taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
