Since most of our garments are handmade or custom-designed, we follow a limited return policy to maintain quality and authenticity.
2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom-made or made-to-measure products.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at returns@artihavelikar.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, product name, and clear photos showing the issue.
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping instructions.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product back to us.
- If the return is approved for a defective or wrong item, we’ll cover or reimburse standard return shipping costs.
6. Refunds or Store Credit
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or replacement product, depending on your preference.
- Direct refunds to your original payment method are available only in special cases (e.g., cancellation before dispatch).
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by emailing us at support@artihavelikar.com.
- Once processing or tailoring begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Please send us photos or videos of the package and product within 48 hours of receipt.
- Our team will review and offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
9. International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for return or exchange, except for items received damaged or incorrect.
- Customs duties or taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.
